Whom or that

Hello,

It is a part of education that students should learn how to get along with people that /whom they don't like at all.

I think whom is correct. Am I right?

Thank you in advance.

I prefer to use who(m) with people, but some believe that is ok. In this case, of course, the use of the relative pronoun is optional.

Hi,
As an aside, I would have written ‘It is an integral part’ rather than ‘It is a part’.
In conversational English, we wouldn't include the part in black.
