Whom and Who

i need help with this sentence:
I love (NAME) whom parked cars in the parking lots.
it a wierd sentence, and it sounds wierd. Did i like, completely messed up the sentence? please help me fix it Emotion: smile

To determine who vs. whom, simply substitute 'he' for 'who' and 'him' for 'whom

Who is the pronoun used for subjects, and here who is the subject for parked.
