whoever/whomever question

The text I read was "whomever keeps adding og to the end of my door sign, stop it." I'm thinking he who keeps adding would mean whoever, not him who keeps adding which would mean whomever.

" I'm thinking he who keeps adding would mean whoever, not him who keeps adding which would mean whomever. You are right: it should read 'whoever'. The writer seems upset, though, so the error is understandable.
