Which is correct?

Whoever's they are, get rid of them.

Whoevers they are, get rid of them.

I'd go with the 2.

If you are attempting to write the possessive form of "whoever", you can use "whosever".

You may also be able to find "whoever's" listed in some dictionaries as a possessive form of "whoever", however you will not find "whoevers" listed anywhere as a poss
