Is this syntax correct- who you're head of?

Q:And tell me what it does?

A: It tracks your swimming and like you can see where you are, I can decide like who you're head of, who's ahead of you, your paces. So, basically on the screen you see everybody's times. Does that turn practice in a little bit more of a race?
