Who would do that

I want to say "who would do that" but with an adjective like "sick". I want to say a sentence like "who the sick would do that?" but I do not know the correct word order and correct grammer would you help me.
would you please tell me how should i do that.

I meant exactly two(2):"Who would be sick enough to do that?"

No, I'm afraid not. 2 is typical idiomatic English, and that's the perfect way to say it if that's what you want to say. Your version (Who the sick ...) is not grammatical. In English we don't combine words in that way.
