By the way, is it common in your culture for women to cook at home the three meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner? I am sure that in India and Pakistan, it is the wife (or mother) who cooks in 99% of the cases. Most men (myself included) hardly enter the kitchen.

My mom in VietNam always cooks meal for our family. My dad just goes to work and earns money for the family. When he comes home, my mom serves meal and drink so that he doesn't need to care about anything but earning money.
