If the circumstances were such that someone actually wanted to impart this information, then IMO they'd be more likely to say: She's a mother of three, she likes to go swimming in the morning, she's been married for six years, and she's lived in five different countries. However, the original version is not impossible (but "she is" would usually be "she's", and "who has" would usually be "who's").
