0Hello! Yes, it is! It'll be a delicious dish. I'm cutting fillet of beef into medium slices, mushrooms too. Frying two spoonful of sesame, leek, some nutmeg about 15 min (surely on butter), then take a special pot, putting beef & mushrooms out on the bottom of it, add cutting root of celery & all what were fried, of course, salt & black pepper. Put the lid on the pot & stew about 30 min. Serve
0 Hey, all, have you seen I've started a -mainly ignored - cooking thread I don't remember where, maybe in the "topic of the moment" section, why not post your recipes there? 02br 02br 00Your dish looks quite yummy, Basil, thanks. I'm going to try it soon, along with "chicken mole". If I can help you with French/Belgian dishes, I'm your man! 0-

0Hi Pieanne! Thank you for correcting! (I'm novice, therefore not good at English & I'm always glad to take any help in order to improve my literacy). Of course, I've forgotten about onion! (In strict confidence 05000 we prefer to use lilac onioin which called "YaltinskiJ". It grows in the Kreamea nearby the city of Yalta. However it's possible to use usual onion.)010id16
