Who vs What

What should the correct determiner be used in the following sentence?

Is this Ben(name of a person) that you have mentioned on your profile is the same what/who I am thinking about?

Thanks,
Harry

The second is in the sentence is not needed. What/who doesn't really apply here; it is much more natural just to say the same one , given the first part of the sentence. Optional would be 'that' after the word 'one'.

Then, it should be:

Is this Ben(name of a person) that you have mentioned on your profile the same one that I am thinking about?

I have some doubts,

1. Can "in" also be used instead "on"?
2. If "about" is replaced with "of"?

Thanks,
Harry

Both substitutions are fine.
