Hi teachers,

I wonder if English native speakers often use the phrase like "Who that .."?

E.g. Who that knows her well can doubt her words?

I'd say it's grammatical, and it is also much better than saying "Who who knows her well can doubt her words?" However, it is not very common to begin a question with "Who that..." It would be more typical to wor

Oh, thank you very much! This type of sentence never came to mind.

In school, we learn "Who that ~" but I was not sure if this is something that native speakers living in the 21st century use in their daily lives. My question was cleared up:)
