"Who spoke to me:" or "Who spoke me:"

Which one can I use:

"Who spoke to me: He is my best friend" or "Who spoke me: He is my best friend". Which of these two is the correct tense?

Both are poorly constructed. What did you want to say? The guy who's spoken to me is my best friend.

Both are poorly constructed. What did you want to say?

The guy who's spoken to me is my best friend. (If someone asks about who was the gut you spoke to.)
