Who or whom usage...

In the following sentence:

The same cannot be said of the others at the moment, who no longer know whom they should vote for and furthermore why they should vote full stop.

It seems not many people bother about this too much now but If I wanted to get it gramatically correct would the above be ok?

It's hard for me to see why you wrote 'full stop' at the end, but maybe it fits in with the style of your essay.
