#1 With whom do you think I met?
#2 Who do you think I met?
# 3 Who do you think I met with?
#4 Whom do you think I met?
Which version is correct?
I read a rule that we use "who" when this refer to subject and "whom" when refer to object. for me, #4 is correct. But not sure if any other also correct.
#1 To whom are you talking?
#2 Who are you talking to?
Is there any rule if we use "who" then use preposition at the end or at beginning in case of "whom".
Thank you

All are correct. But #4 is uber-correct. It sounds like you are putting on airs.
#1 is stilted and formal.
1 and 3 would be stilted uses of American English in particular.
taruns1008#1 To whom are you talking?
This could be used when you intend to be extremely formal. It would be stilted in general, informal situations.
taruns1008#2 Who are you talking to?
You should use this when being informal.
