00Whenever I am approached with a question that starts with the 'who' as the cases below, I think of possible responses: if responses have them as objects, then I would use 'whom' and 'who' if the case is the other. 01u00But I am confused as to why 'whom' can't be used for no 1 if that is the case and why do you see 'who' more often if both are allowed for no.2? 02u02br
