'Who need' or 'who needs'?

I am a girl who need/needs help in learning English.
I think 'needs' is correct because the subject is 'a girl' but someone argues that it should be 'need'.
Thank you.

Technically, the subject of the verb must be 'who', the number (singular or plural) of which depends on its direct antecedent: I need help. - I am the peson who needs help. She needs help.
