Who knows OR who know?

I am wondering which one is correct

Who knows/needs OR who know/need?

Either can be correct. If the "who" refers to people (plural) then you can use the plural form of the verb: The people who know you, those [people] who need help, etc. It can be singular.

"Who" can be singular or plural in a declarative sentence.

When it's "the question word WHO," it's singular.

Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? Who needs all these dictionaries anyway?
