I don't know what the underlined she refers to.

Angel: ‘The PE teacher was furious with me when I insisted I needed to come home.’
‘You did the right thing, Angel.’ Tanya frowns and pours her a small glass of orange juice which Angel ignores. ‘PE teachers are always the same. They think theirs is the most important subject in the world when it’s the one that least matters in building a successful business.’
‘Mine used to say the exercise actually helped with stomach cramps,’ I remark, thinking back.
‘Exactly, and what a load of crap that is!’ Tanya fumes. ‘She’s dealt with this sort of attitude all her life, Janey. The adults just as bad as the other kids at that school.
