Hello everyone. Is there any difference between the following two questions?

Both correct?

How do you answer either?

A: Whose picture is that?

(A) can mean "Who does that picture belong to?". I would not personally use (A) to mean "Who is depicted in that picture?", though you might see it used that way.

(B) can only mean "Who is depicted?"
