(who is) smarter and more knowledgeable

I have made up the sentences below.

(1a) You are someone smarter and more knowledgeable than most of my friends.

(1b) You are someone who is smarter and more knowledgeable than most of my friends.

(2a) Jack enjoys talking to anyone smarter and more knowledgeable than he.

(2b) Jack enjoys talking to anyone who is smarter and more knowledgeable than he.

Is it okay to omit "who is"? Thank you.
