"Who is she?"

Hello everyone. Please let me know that if the following question is correct or not?

"1. Who is she?"
I mean ... Can there be any situation in which a native English speaker say such a question?

or it is unnatural and I have to use "Who is she + other words.

for example.
"Who is she talking to?"
"Who is she dating?"

Example dialogue:
I've met a beautiful woman, and I'm going to ask her out this weekend. ~~ Who is she?
You could also use the short question while pointing to someone, but in that case "Who is that?" would be more natural.
