Who is or who am

This shows that I'm a hardworking student who is/am very passionate about studies.

'Is' looks a bit out of place in the sentence. Please somebody solve this dilemma.

I've posted this question here but no response. Please look at this too, if you don't mind, and tell me how far the responder is correct.
