Who has or have

Hello,

Are these sentences correct?

"We, who have been trying to do it for such a long time, failed."

"You, who have been trying to do it for such a long time, failed."

I feel like the first sentence is correct because there are more people, but I am not so sure about the second one.

Thanks for any advice

Singular pronouns: I, you, he, she, it

Plural pronouns: we, you, they

So, if "we" is correct, then so is "you."

Yes, but they're really too unnatural to be of much use in real life.
