Who Do You Want Your Customers To Become?

Wrestling with whether this should be who or whom? If I use the he/him test as an answer to the question, it seems to always be 'whom' as in:

You want him (not he)?

Is this correct?

Well, just answer the question: You do not want your customer to become a menace . You do want your customer to become your friend. You do want your customer to become more reliable in paying their invoices.
