Who do we say it?

This is the story, a telephone conversation:

A: I got a letter from you today. Are you not in hospital? I thought so.

I am B and this is the idea I want to express less awkwardly(not sure how):

I am in hospital and in the hospital I have WIFI internet access. Through this, I could send you a mail.

Are they natural, colloquial answers below, or you know something better?

B1: You know, it just so happens we have internet access there.
B2: It is just that we have internet in the hospital -- I am not sure "just" is used this way.

What would you say?
Thanks!
