"I lost my father last month. Why are you here?"
"I've lost someone too."
"Who did/Who have you lose/lost?"
1. Is it clear that 'lost/lose' means dead?
2. Are both "Who did you lose?" and "Who have you lost?" natural?
3. I know I can contract 'Who have' to be 'Who've', but can 'Who did' be 'Who'd'?

Yes, although as the pain of losing someone stays with you, I'd go for 'have you lost'.
