Because you have the "did," you must use "have."

But... what an odd question! Have for what? Dinner?

Ah yes.

Any for of the verb "to do" (does, did, etc.) will cause the other verb to go to the bare infinitive.

Who do you have? She doesn't have him now, does she? No, I didn't have him either.
