Who can work this out ??

Peace be upon u ..

A little problem faced me while trying to rewrite this sentence .

Frankly , I couldn't put the suitable verb before the noun ..

I let u with the sentence hoping to rewrite it ..

** The boy was punished because he made alot of mistakes .

(Rewrite the previous sentence using " punishment " )

Hi Ancestral Eagle - may I suggest that you start getting into the habit of using "you" instead of "u," since we're praticing using standard English. Also, a common error even for native English speakers is to write "alot," but it's two words - a lot.

Anway, does the sentence have to start with "punishment" - that would make it very passive. Punishment was administered...
