If a text  is entitled "Constitution","Declaration of freedom","Great Charter" etc,then this text can be defined as a political document or a legal document?And if a text of is about the regulations (rules) of sports,then this text is concerned with legal English or sports English? Can you explain it for me!!! Thank you very much!!!!!

If a text is entitled "Constitution","Declaration of freedom","Great Charter" etc,then this text can be defined as a political document or a legal document? -- Yes, it could be defined as either or both, depending on who was using it for what.

And if a text of is about the regulations (rules) of sports,then this text is concerned with legal English or sports English?-- It no doubt contains elements of both. No writing is entirely composed of one of these 'types' of English. The vast majority of the grammar and vocabulary of the language is used in all of them. Such terms merely apply to certain phrasings or words that occur in some more than other 'Englishes'.

Firstly,I want to say thank you for your answer!!!

In fact,I'm not a native English speaker.Now I'm learning English.And we have a course concerning ESP English.The teacher says that he will give us an extract of the document for analysing.The following text is an example that he gives us.

Analyze the following document from an ESP point of view (United States Constitution ,25th Amendment ,1967)
Section 1. In case of the removal of the President ?om office or of his death or resignation ,the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President ,the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
Section 3. Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office,and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary,such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

Regarding to this extract in the exam,I need to say it's a legal document or a political document.

I have to define it in my INTRODUCTION and then write down the characteristics of which I think it is.

Then you need to look to the structure and vocabulary and decide whether they are used more in legal documents (contracts, briefs, agreements, regulations) or in political documents (speeches, decrees, proclamations, etc).
