Who are you?
I just watched an American drama. A couple moved to a place where the wife used to live. The wife introduced her husband to her neighbor. Then the husband said to the neighbor "Who are you?"
My question is, isn't it rude to say "who are you?"?? Or can you use this phrase anytime?
