who am I to judge?

At 44 seconds, the conversations goes like this:

Kaecilius: You’ll die protecting this world, Mr…

Doctor Strange: Doctor!

Kaecilius: Mr. Doctor?

Doctor Strange: It’s Strange!

Kaecilius: Maybe, who am I to judge?

In the last line, what does Kaecilius mean 'who am I to judge'?

In the prior line, Doctor Strange meant that his name is 'Strange' by saying 'It's Strange'. But somehow, did Kaecilius misunderstood this to be 'It's strange' and thought that Doctor Strange said that his own name is strange?
