Is this sentence correct?

2. I'm gonna be in New York for my friend's birthday party.

or

I'm gonna be there for a friend's birthday party.

Are both useable and interchangeable?

3. Look at all the pigs. And

Look at all these pigs. And

Look at all those pigs.

What's the difference between the three?
