Whipping

Hello,

1. The boy is too old for a whipping.

I have to remove 'too' from the above sentence.

A. The boy is so old that he cannot be whipped.

Is #A correct?

Thanks.

A is a correct sentence. But let me say that this is an unpleasant subject to write about. In Canada, it is illegal to whip children.
