while you're at it

Walking around is fine, but have you ever longed to be able to move in any direction you want? Why not have stunningly beautiful creatures of many colors moving gracefully around you while you're at it?

Hi,
Does "while you're at it" in the above mean "while you're doing it//while you're moving in any direction you want?" Thanks.

Thanks, Clive.
BTW, is the following sentence I made right?

I'm going over to the drink area (at a buffet) to get a cup of grape juice. Would you like me to bring you one while I'm at it?
