While -whereas-however

Hello,

The 'while-whereas-however' is used to contrast two facts etc.

I am not able to use these words properly.

1. Ram is very hard worker, while his brother is not.

2. Ram is very hard worker, whereas his brother is not.

3. Ram is very hard worker. However, his brother is not.

Are the above sentences correct?

Can we use "while" and 'whereas' interchangeably?

Thanks.
