0 I would like to know the difference between "as, when, while" when they introduce time clauses. 02 br
00 It seems to me that time clauses introduced by "as" do not have the continuous aspects and those by "while" are generally in continuous aspects. I am not sure if I am right. I like to see some example sentences that show as-clauses can have continuous aspects and while-clauses can have non-continuous aspects. Thank you all. 0-

0 I'm a mere learner but please you allow me to throw my two cents. 02 br 02 br 00 'While' obligatorily goes with a verb in continuous aspect. 'As' is close rather to 'while' than to 'when', though it can be compatible with a verb in non-continuous aspect as well.
