While vs AS

Could you tell me how you'd say this as I'm having trouble expressing it clearly?

1 The file was corrupted while it was transferring./while we transferred it./The file got corrupted as we were trasferring it/as we transferred it.

Can you say both of these please?

1 You can get twice as much for half the price/for 2 times less.
2 I would be scared for it to break/that it breaks if I used it. 3 You have to finish it in a specific amount of time/in a specific time frame.
