While + present tense

Hi. I am trying to make some sentences using the word "while" for something that will happen in the future. Can you please tell me if they are correct?

1. I will go to work while you are staying at home. (Could I say "while you stay at home"?)

2. She will study the grammar rules while you check her homework.

3. While you tidy up the room, I will go shopping.

In this context is it better to use present continuous or present simple after "while"?
