Do you leave ON or not?

Don't go (on) deleting people's work just because you don't like what they've written.

('while' would suggest you aredoing the two things simulaneously. Two separate people can do that - "You wash the dishes while I tidy the living room."
('as' suggests you read a bit, translate that, then read a bit more, translate that...)
