When are you going to talk to her?

You can use gonna in place of going to, but note that it is very informal. Definitely avoid it if you're writing a school essay or a cover letter, for example.

Ok I mean when a friend at work comes and before he starts he tries to move back and forth like he moves in a way that makes you think he's warming up I don't know if that's clear enough
