Which/that

Hi all!

Is it possible to leave out "which/that" here or do I have to use it?

To attract attention of customers, there is no doubt that they (airlines) will have too either lower the price or provide them with a special service (which/that????) they (customers) aren´t used to.

Thanks.

You can use either "which" or "that." I recommend that. I also fixed some issues with the text. It is still not exactly what I would write.
