Whichever way or any which way

Are these all correct? Are all these possible and natural?

When I'm this tired, I can sleep any which way.

When I'm tired, I can sleep in any position.

No matter how I'm lying, I'll fall asleep when I'm tired.

I can lie whichever way when I'm tired.

Thank you

The first three are all fine. The last sentence is grammatically correct, but without a context it doesn't seem to make sense.
