Whiche one is correct?

1. You do not require to repeatedly chase the payment.

2. We have / had settled the 1st payment to / with the supplier and plan/planned to pay the 2nd one today. However, (as) Mary is on sick leave / take sick leave this morning, we will have it settled next Monday/we shall settle it one next Monday.
