Which words would you use in these sentences please?

Could you please help me choose the right words or phrase? Are both alternatives ok?

- The never ending wars in the Middle East has/have turned American against American.
- Are there any secrets to keep/keeping the hair from frizzing?
- Who's the person who/that/whom you like?
- I find it normal that if I go, you come with.
- I have no reason to be mad at you./There is no reason for me to be mad at you.
- I didn't work as much as I was supposed to.
