Which words should I choose?

Which words should I choose? How would you write the sentences?

The book is arranged/sorted by subject.

I wouldn't expect anything less of/from him.

He gets walked [on/all over] by his boss.

Since we renovated the restaurant, we've had a 30% increase turnover.

You just brushed your teeth. Is eating chocolate worth brushing you teeth [over]?

If I don't have a boy, no one will carry the family name.

How many more hits will you get for/ with 'car' than for 'red cars'?

less/of are both used.
I think the more natural is "get walked all over on" (natural, but not necessarily good form)
...increase in business
Skip the 'over"
Probably carry on is more appropriate
Use with in both places.
