Which word would you choose?

Could you tll me which are correct?

The party was a wrap at 1am./was wrapped up at 1am.

Is that hat not humiliating/shameful enough. You want to wear a pink tie to go with it.

Please follow the diversion / [route]. This road is blocked off.

The guest were banging/tapping their forks against/on their glass waiting to propose a toast.

If the baby food isn't hot at /to your lips, then it's not too hot for the baby eat.

“a wrap” = finished. “was wrapped up at” = brought to an end. “wrapped up” = ended of its own accord.

I haven't fed a baby in perhaps 37 years, but I remember testing bottles and cooked cereal with my mouth or lips, so yes. The lips are particularly sensitive to heat.
