Which word would be best in each sentence?

Which word would be best in each sentence and should I rephrase to make them natural?

1 If/when you the door is blocked, it means that...

2 When do we/will we get home?

3 We can't see her bottom teeth in the picture which by the way she doesn't have./she's missing.

4 How can you run so much/many miles?

5 What/which other show just came out?

6 You wouldn't be able to do that with anyone but/except me.
