Which word or phrase is correct?

Hi,

How would you say this naturally?

The phone rings and you friend says "who do you think is calling"

At this hour It's more like that it's my wife calling than anyone else.

At this hour, there is a higher chance that it's my wife calling than anyone else

Which word is correct?

You're on the phone too much/too often.

The chicken will cook faster/more quickly in the oven if you use aluminum than parchment paper.

Thanks
