Which word is correct in the sentences?

How would you say these 4 sentences please?

That's an easy credit card [number] to remember/retain.

I hate the noise a highlighter makes when it's [almost empty/no longer working.]

I like it at/on the bottom of the page. Don't staple it elsewhere.

Close/lock the ring binders /binder's rings so the papers don't come flying out.
