Which word is correct please?

straight or in a row?

He can listen to the same song 15 times straight/in a row.

would come or came?

I would be scared that it would come in/that it came in if I left the door unlocked.

Is or get?

if there is a traffic jam and our ETA is/gets pushed back, we may have to cancel our reservation.
